But what are you talking about man? He’s walking into a private venue and creating for profits videos of the competing athletes. I’ll take Gimr out of it, anyone doing that would get in trouble. People have to be paid if you’re publicly making money off them.

I’m not saying Gimr isn’t paying and doing things legally to be honest. At this point I just want to tell you that your comment isn’t really true. You can’t just make money off of people competing in a place. Like if I filmed a bunch of competitive eaters at a local fair or something, and you might say it’s a “public” place. If I make money off of my videos of those eaters they could ask me for the money.
