Her statement is flippant and disrespectful of Jewish people's experience during the holocaust, but it isn't derogatory to Jewish people themselves. It isn't a statement judging Jews as being less or bad or deserving the holocaust in a way that demonstrates prejudice, which is the definition of racism. It's kind of dog whistle-y in the way that it's the type of opinion that a prejudiced and racist person would have, but the statement itself isn't racist. It's just delusional and ignorant as fuck.

She's definitely crazy, but calling that statement racist is stretching what that word actually means. Buy I don't know if she's said anything else that's more explicit.
