Girl, 11, struck by mystery illness is left mute, unable to eat and back in nappies within THREE DAYS

I see what you mean, a little girl is quite desperately and for unknown reasons seriously ill, yet the big issue to you here is not the state of this Country's health care provision or the fact that a family is bereft of answers and is desperately worried... it's my faulty reasoning... Seriously? ?

But, to answer your most valid point, of course, any delay in consulting with specialists is going to have a detrimental effect ... Whether that be to the child medically or to the parents whose anxiety and stress is going to be multiplied manifold or indeed both, is entirely without doubt.

I'd ask that you look at the bigger picture here and not get caught up in your imaginative use of pedantry, (for the record, inferred is past particle, when quoting the use of the word implicit, it is of course subjective past particle, therefore...) my statement of you assuming an implication is entirely correct... And whilst I don't wish to cast aspersions on your lack of education or indeed it's quality, I'd suggest that you refrain from further displays of what little knowledge your English teacher was able to impart . It does neither of you credit.

Henceforth, I can see no reason in replying further to your posts. Whilst my original post may have lacked insight or for that matter.. debatable reasoning, it was a knee jerk reaction to an article that moved me emotionally, I'd argue it's motives were nevertheless honest and decent... You, however have derided the original post for your own gratification so much so that it is unlikely anyone will make any valuable contribution from this point on... Unlike you, I still have a social conscience and whilst I enjoy arguing a point on Reddit till the legendary cows come home I will do so only about inconsequential matters. I will not denigrate a post about a young child's illness. In other words I choose my arguments sensibly and morally. You, on the other hand....

Please feel free to make further comments but I will not indulge you further by replying
