You're trying to turn this into an insult of "omg how can this guy not see the difference between two groups"

This isn't about differences between an ethnic group and an organization. This is about people and how people take responsibility for their own communities. It doesn't matter whether it's skin color, workplace, school, family, sports team, gender, etc. People belonging to a group have a responsibility to uphold law and order, otherwise, in your case with "ethnic groups" you want to just shirk all responsiblity to an authority, give them the power.

That's where the difference is with you and I. I'm consistent, you are not, that's why you think there's a difference and the two groups cannot be compared.
