It is nice that you care about her.I can give some advice here.If you girlfriend is starting to have suicidal thoughts,which seems pretty progressive then it's time for some measures.I am not a professional or anything,I am currently on medications and my suicidal thoughts have been gone from some time.If I wouldn't have had help,I think my life would've been literally over.Your girlfriend needs help for sure.Maybe she will refuse.But remember,people with mental illness like high depression are not thinking clearly while they are experiencing it.Your girlfriend will sure thank you later.Take her to a psychiatrist as soon as possible,you don't want to wake up with her dead right? If necessary take her by force,because as I said,depression at that level doesn't let you think properly. I've heard a lot of times how some people were acting fine and showing no problems,but the next day,they are found dead hanged. As I said,your girlfriend may act normal one day and the next you find her dead god forbid.
