The distinction about her chromosomes require a microscope to see. And personally, I don't see many cis gender people getting judged based on what their cells look like. Just saying.
As for her bone structure? I have no idea what advantage that may or may not have had. I'm sure the expert powers-that-be in the MMA world weighed that into account when they ruled to let her continue fighting after she came out. That's good enough for me. I personally have no dog in that fight seeing as I'm not into watching sports.
Gender identification is a personal choice? I don't recall personally choosing this. I also don't know how it came to be that I have this female "soul" living in a male body. Nature? Nurture? I don't have a clue. But the medical consensus seems to consider my existence valid so there's that. I don't get why she drags gender studies professors into it. It seems like more of a distraction than anything.
No Boys And Girls Section In Target What Target is she shopping at? "Girl toys" are still kept with other "girl toys" in the Targets I shop at. That's just good business sense. Let the sales data speak for itself. If the data ever suggests that placing Barbie next to the Nerf guns is a good idea, then I'm sure Target will act accordingly.
North Carolina District Where Schools Can't Be "Boys" and "Girls" Um, what's the problem here? Decisions are being made at the district level. I interpret the situation as "the federal government is staying out of the way and letting this district do it's thing". To my conservative / libertarian brain, this is a good thing. Soooooo..... what's the issue?
Co-Ed Bathrooms It's funny. My LGBT group wants gender neutral bathrooms at my school. I don't get it but I'm not inclined to oppose it either. To me, it's more important that single occupancy bathrooms are available. It gives me somewhere to go if I get too anxious to pee in the ladies room.
Canada Court Appearance for Misgendering? I'm glad I live in the United States. If a professor misgenders me or says something insensitive, I can stop by office hours and have a civil private discussion about it. Nobody needs to walk on eggshells around me for fear of getting sued on losing their job. That's a good thing.
Biological Sex Is Black and White? Ask a biologist. Maybe there are some that totally back up this woman's view of biological sex. So far, I haven't been able to find them. Believe me. I've looked. Google hasn't dredged up anything compelling when I tried it. YMMV
