Have had it pretty rough past few weeks. Needed a pick-me-up.

Here it is:

My best friend and I recently opened up Minecraft. I have it on Xbox, and he plays Switch. We used to play a lot when it first came out. Eating food to heal health, using duplication glitches, walking everywhere, looking at redstone tutorials filmed through peoples phones, the whole shabang. Those days were incredibly fun!

Anyway... We hopped on a couple days or so ago, and it's been like magic. A real pick me up. Many new things, we've built two homes, upgraded them, a farm, pens for sheep, even built a pen for a zombie baby! The baby died the next day due to the sun burning it alive. Then we built a roof over the pen, and we now safely have a new baby!

We've been on mining trips, coming back hours later. I died on one of our trips due to not being able to find a breathing hole after mining into water. I scurried to make one myself but couldn't in time. At one point my friend built shelter around himself because mothman (the new flying bird thing) was beating the everliving snot out of him, and he didn't have food, coming back from a mining trip. I rowed a boat and got home quickly, he decided it would be fast enough to run back. I came back for him with food, rowed up to his shelter, hopped out and dropped some watermelon for him. Well, out of nowhere, he died. I peaked out and apparently a water zombie jumped into my boat and hit him through a wall!

Well, it's just been fucking amazing. In the past two days we've logged close to 20 hours play time. Also, if anyone would like to join our world, feel free to let me know! It's some incredible fun!! Working out getting enough wool for a lighthouse!
