2)my favourite game to play have been tf2 for a long time (playing it since 2009) i still love it to this day but i am unable to play it anymore because of all the updates it had recieved have really screwed with my performence with the latest gun mettle update made it completley unplayable even on low settings i also like playing fallout 3/new vegas (but never been able to run either on high settings) the king of fighters 98'and various other fighting games and lately also terraria. if i were to win, i'd play tf2 again, as well as run my favourite games on high settings plus play a couple of games ive gotten a while ago and ended up not being able to run (skyrim, tomb raider among others) but most importantly, a good friend on steam gifted me lara croft and the temple of osiris about 3 weeks ago, and he was disappointed when we played it and i was getting 12-20 fps on the lowest settings, making it unplayable. so i would definitely try out that game again on better specs.

3) a little backstory, well, i am 22 year old, and i am from israel, as you may or may not know the military in my country is forced upon everyone who reach the age 18, i never wanted to be in there but of course my country doesn't care, ive had many problems there and been in the military jail a couple of times for disobeying orders, i was finally able to escape it but it left me with a mental condition (i was diagnosed with schizophrenia about 2 months ago) they won't pay any compensation and i am unable to find a job due to my condition, so i'm most of the day home on my pc, my current pc i got on 2007, so its about 8 year old and it doesn't run most of the things i want it to, i do not have money at all to affort new pc/parts, i still live in my parents house and my familliy is pretty poor, i have 3 more sibling so i can't ask anybody for help with that either since everyone has their own problems so most of the day i spend my time on my crappy pc, so anything that would help me run my games and especially help me play tf2 again, would make me happy if you want more information/backstory you can ask me anything privately as i'm feeling a bit uncomfortable writing any more personal things here i would also like to note that, even though ive been a pc user forever (i never owned any kind of console) i am not very knowledgable about pc specs and part, and i'd probably even struggle a bit putting the parts together, but i'm sure i could somehow get around with some guides or ask me brother for help if it comes to that.
