you can remove the cooler, get a 6500,get a cheaper mobo and add a 980 Ti, you can wait for the 490x or the 1080 if you want..

as for the mouse, I'd suggest a Logitech g502, if you want to replace your keyboard too, then I'd suggest the CM storm devastator Combo, its a mouse and keyboard combo for only $30 and its pretty good for its price
