This subreddit is so toxic... So much cries, whine, salt, complains... Hey guys, if not happy, refund and just move on ! You can't refund cause you played too much ? Your own fault, no one needs more than a certain amount of time before knowing something (whatever is) is for them or not.
Yes, there is bugs, but also, there is fixes (Most of them have been fixed) and more are coming. Scoreboard ? On the way. 128 players is too much (never try planetside 2)? Wars requires strategies, sadly, most of people are just playing for themself and the kill/death ratio. Maps too empty ? Matter of taste. Too much recoil on your weapon ? Fixed. Connection problem ? They are working on. No happy with skins, well, dont use them ! Optimisation ? Well, this i cant say, i play the game between 70 to 80 FPS on 4k with a laptop at all high settings (zephyrus g15 duo GX550LXS), no one of my friends have issue neither with it. Most of them are coders/progs and they often say "what do they do with their gaming pc ? They should stop porn/unofficial streaming sites/facebook and other toxic shits and all will run well. Some needs to learn how to build a PC (bios stuff etc)", Im not as good as them about pc building, I wont say a word about it.
Read 20x the same post over and over is also annoying, there is a "search bar", learn to use it. Making a video, posting it to show a problem and asking for a solution when the solution is litteraly 2 posts above is wtf to me.
Im as you guys, i have the same bugs, connection issues and gameplay issues. But Im having a great time playing this BF and i enjoy it a lot. Me too Ive spend for the gold edition, so dont come with the "Ive spend 100 bucks in that game", paying for gold doesnt make you more leggit than a normal edition.
If the game isnt the state you wanted, just play something else while all those problems are getting fixed. Or else, refund, no complains anymore and leave that subreddit.
To anticipate of the future "look at the steam notes", reddit is the main cause of it, the influence of reddit is really impactful (just see what happens to Gamestop).
About the player base, people will be back, and i never wait more than 2 minuts actually to find a game, so im not worry at all.
