Thank you for arguing my point. Government allows for profit prisons to imprison people because they create the anti drug and anti homeless laws. Without the dumb laws for victimless crimes the amount of prisoners would decrease and there would be much less profit in prisons. You have no understanding of a a true free market just the fake feee market that currently exists. Which isn’t a free market but a market with heavy government interference.

Yes I don’t want a government imprisoning people but your previous examples weren’t even violence in the examples you brought up. The free market would prevent violence. In reality most people aren’t violent but if they are, private security forces and insurance companies would be there to prevent it. And those companies would be much less likely to fuck up and kill or imprison innocent people because unlike the government they’re reputation is all that keeps them in business and if they kill to imprison someone wrongfully that would end them. While the government does that regularly and gets away with it because there’s no completion. It’s not capitalism when the government is involved. True capitalism has no government involvement. It’s a true free market. If you think you need government you have zero understanding of capitalism.

You have the right idea but wrong solution. You are correct there are too many government systems. The real key is to cut out federal and state and let people control their own lives at the lowest of levels. And you want local levels to have state powers? That’s literally changing nothing as states would still exist so I don’t get what you’re proposing as the local levels are what get eliminated. And even then keeping the fed to uphold the constitution and regulatory standards is absurd because in the end the fed and these local governments with state powers, as you want will always try to find ways to ignore the constitution and exert their own wills on the people as they do now. You can provisos for people yourself and crate your own safety nets with other like minded people but yet you need a government to do that. Why? Do you not have the desire to do it yourself or do you want to steal from people and give that to corrupt people who will fail to do what you propose they do?

You’re once again arguing against government. Government is exploits people and coerces them into doing what they’re don’t want to just because they’re born in a certain place. A world with a monopoly on taxation and regulation, aka the government, allows for maximum exploitation because there is no recourse for the taxation and regulation. There’s minimal difference between us and Russia so your comparison isn’t great.
