Glasgow compared to Barcelona - my observations

> Healthy looking people This is probably partly to blame on the Glaswegian diet and the weather meaning people aren't outside as often exercising but the only overweight people I saw the whole time I was there were other tourists, usually Americans or British. Why can't Glasgow live just as healthily? With the amount of parks in the city and the long daylight hours in the summer, getting out cycling, running, walking or even tai chi in the park I saw onetime would be massively beneficial.

Glasgow area people look partly look unhealthy due to lack of sunlight, that's not the only reason thought as many Danes, Swedes and Norwegians have even less sunlight but look much healthier.

Many Glasgow area people practice incredibly poor skin care, using too much fake tan along with sun beds and smoking loads of fags which destroys skin etc. Not helped by a shite deep fried diet.
