Glucose keeps dropping- any insight as to what foods are doing it?

Reactive hypoglycemia; pancreatic tumor; insulin antibodies are a couple of things. You say you avoid high carb foods but most things made of wheat, potatoes, rice & corn are simple starches that will convert quickly to glucose. If you have reactive hypoglycemia, then it is an ill-timed response. But how would we know? You need to seek help from a sympathetic and qualified doctor. If it is your carb consumption, then you either cut way back on all your carbs, or maybe someone writes you a script for acarbose or something. But this is a sub for diagnosed diabetics and so, you don’t yet fit the profile for this sub, though reactive hypoglycemia can be an early sign of Type 2 or Type 1 diabetes. But none of can tell you that. Pester your doctor more or get another
