Women can theoretically shoot to a high standard. I think currently it's an issue of talent more than physical attributes. Women can always improve on their stamina, positioning, passing, shooting etc so that's why we wouldn't see changes to the ball of the pitch etc.

I think for goalkeeping, they're limited because of their physical characteristics. We could have the best training possible for them but they're always going to be held back because of their heights. The number of women footballers is already low so there's an even lower number of tall goalkeepers. Reducing the size of goals isn't comparable to the number of players or the ball etc
