God made us in a gay way!

As a catholic who has grown up in a catholic school all my life and currently a college freshman last years catholic ethics class gave insight on this.

We as Catholics know that scripture can’t account for everything. Jesus didn’t tell us how to deal with specific future conflicts like abortion and all but we use what his teaching has taught. I’m not saying you all will agree with this but it’ll help you all understand where the church and the Vatican comes up with the catholic teaching.

So abortion. Scripture never said “you cannot terminate a pregnancy after x trimester” but as Catholics we prioritize human life. “Thou shall not kill” is interpreted to be part of abortion. Which is why those pro life advocates call it murder, as it will justify with scripture. If someone is a true catholic vote, I’m saying many hypocrites in the church who’s like “PRO LIFE” but then advocate for the death penalty. Anyways so even though scripture didn’t specifically name abortion the church still has a stance on it that is supported by scripture.
