When searching for what is ACTUALLY TRUE and not just what feels best, why would there be a 3rd distinction? If religion is more than just a feeling in yourself, why would a "different interpretation" be labeled as religious?

Who said you did claim that? Given what is required in court, an observation was made that you would be a terrible lawyer. You may be a great father/mother, boyfriend/girlfriend, you may be a a great cook, you may be the funniest comedian ever, but the observation of claiming OP's testimony is great would make you a bad lawyer.
