I played the hell out of those first 2 games. They have very little to do with the new game. Unless there was some hidden content that connects them outside of the main story. If you saw a lot of connections, sorry bud, it was in your head. You connected things because you thought they should be connected. That's fine. It's how nostalgia influences people sometimes. Which goes back to my original take: I think nostalgia is part of the reason people liked this game so much.

I also suggest looking up other takes on rdr2. Almost everything I read about it says the same thing: the story and characters are better than the original. You are more than welcome to your take, just know you're in the distinct minority.

As for the video: come on man. I barely have time to play the games I have. I don't have time to waste 3 hours on a video about a game I beat already.
