Took 3 months paternity leave too man. I have a great job where I work 2 whole days out of 6 days. Started to have a fun routine with the baby where we are together all day. started school in the spring and going more than full time student, to try and get better pay. I get out of school and have 2 1/2 hours with him before he goes to sleep and I’m usually making dinner since my wife is getting out a little later than I am. You just have to try and put yourself in a different mode for them to be in the moment. It’s hard but I think of my dad working a shit job 5am-5pm and hating every day but, he never missed work and kept food on our table. We just have to make Big sacrifices for our kids and one day they’ll see what you’ve done for them.
