Okay, let's not come off too negatively towards the one in the currently sensitive situation...
I am 24 years old and can speak from experience when I say; when you have an addiction; reasons (acceptance by friends, etc), causes, and the journey into the life of addiction isn't always BLACK AND WHITE. In my experiences, there is a deeper root to the weed you want to pull. With the right efforts made though, The self discovery to those deeper roots is very beneficial and even crucial to move forward to a good recovery. Find what you desire to fix and find peace for what you cannot. Find yourself and Love yourself even if you're the only one loving yourself; it won't last forever. Be strong because you know you have to; set limitations and expectations for yourself even if they're just general. Redirect yourself from the want and temptation. And most importantly when you are in those moments when you're down and feel like you can't get up or searching for your light at the end of your all-too-dark tunnel, yet you only see darkness... HAVE HOPE. One day you can find your light and peace. Keep your head up; and be honest with yourself. You can do it!
