If you are definitely buying a house soon, I would wait. Moving while pregnant or with a newborn would be stressful. But in general I don't think you need to own a home before ttc. I would probably pay off the car and leave the student loans alone unless they are high interest rate.

I went off bc a couple of months ago, but we are still using condoms until we are ready to try. My cycle has been short (only 24 days) and will probably take some time to get back to normal. I also started tracking my ovulation. I'm hoping this will make it easier to get pregnant once we start ttc. Once it's go time, I want it to happen asap. It makes it easier to wait because I feel like I'm moving forward. Maybe you could do the same thing until you're settled in your new house.
