This battle has been done about a million times in the past week, and the overwhelming consensus every time it's brought up is that Batman should curb stomp Goku in a fair, equalized fight.

R1: is Batman stomp.

R2: somehow goes further in Batman's favor because we will assume that his gear's effects are also speed/strength equalized and whatnot, so he just electroshocks and/or stun gasses Goku and wins instantly.

R3: changes nothing.

R4: As stated by another redditor, Batman pulls out his stealth suits, his haxy equipment. Sure Goku can get 100x stronger by going super saiyan or whatever, but going up against guys 100x stronger than him is just another day at the office for Batman.
