I got to the first battle with the >Death Knight< and he one shotted a bunch of my characters/the weaker ones got picked off from the back because I wasted time >going all the way to the chest on the right with Byleth, my strongest character just to get an intermediate seal. I didn’t check what was to the left.< I restarted a couple of times and was able to beat it but without most of my party staying alive, and thought it would be better to get the XP? I went back to the free day the week before and did a battle instead of exploring, since I thought I remembered people saying >Lysithea’s dark spikes< helped them beat it. Before I overwrite even more save files, was this the right thing to do and do you guys have any tips/know what was in the one I didn’t check and if it was worth it? I have Sylvain recruited (I lost Dorothea for overwriting the week) and borrowed Ferdinand for the week.
