Good, bad or strange, what's the most vivid dream you can remember?

I remember having a few recently. The one that I can still remember right now, I was this golden age spandex-and-cape superhero going through a skyscraper during some sort of scientific convention. A villain was making threats, and I had three daughters that I tried to get to safety through some teleportation system. Then I found out he planned for that, and had somehow sabotaged the teleportation network, and nobody could figure out where they were. I was looking at a screen over this woman's shoulder as she looked at these green waveforms, and I saw a flicker of one of my girls walking along a river between the waves. I was positive that they were somewhere trapped in that in-between dimension, and there was still hope to get them out, and everything would be fine.

I go back out to track down the bigbad, next thing I know he's kidnapped the woman I was working with and is holding her hostage in front of a crowd, gun pressed to her neck. Again, I'm golden age spandex man, I stare him down, we go back and forth while he tells me how his plan has worked perfectly so far, I tell him he'll never get away with it... And then he says "Try to stop me." and pulls the trigger, spraying the doctor's blood across the room. This is the person that's supposed to help me find my girls, and get them back home, save them from what he did. So I snapped. I pounced on him, grabbed him by the throat, and threw him through the ceiling into the next floor. Then I did it again, and again, slamming him over and over until we're on the roof of this skyscraper. He's still mocking me, saying better men than me have tried to kill him. I don't say anything, I just squeeze his throat and step off the side of the building, diving down with his head pointed at the pavement.

I slam him down and he crumbles into the crater. Then I stand up and notice something's wrong, and I look down at my hands, opening and closing them. Things look blurry, and when my fingers move, I can see tiny shards of flickering green crystals float away from them. I remember this image and the next parts so clearly - these crystals floating over my gloved hands, blood and rubble in the background. Then I look up, and the city's gone. I'm standing in a black corridor with enormous shifting walls of these green crystals, constantly churning. They're all I can see stretching behind and in front of me, and towering above. So I walk forward in the black, and some of the crystals start to float in front of my eyes, eventually blocking my vision completely. Just for a split second, that green flash blocks everything, and then when it moves out of the way, the walls are gone and I'm in a grassy valley next to a river. I look down to my right, and my daughter's there, reaching up for my hand. I don't say anything, I don't question it, I'm just happy, content. We walk along the river, not sure where it is or where it leads, and then I start to lift her up a ledge only to see a massive black wolf come bounding over it, teeth gnashing.

And then I woke up. And I felt empty.
