Alright.

Drink three cups of green tea a day. Drink lemon water. Drink as much water as you possibly can. Drink teas with hibiscus, rose.

Take milk thistle regularly. Also take powdered collagen. I take it in coffee. Take glucosamine chondroitin with MSM. I take a supplement called Skin Eternal. I also take skin ceramides.

Use an infrared sauna. Use red light therapy. Exercise. Do yoga to keep yourself limber.

Meditate. Read good books. Have a spiritual life.

Use oils to remove makeup. Oils remove makeup while also lubricating your skin. Get a thick, luxurious skin cream.

Take a warm bath with magnesium flakes and epsom salt every day.

Buy a diffuser and put lavender essential oil in it.

Did I mention drinking a ton of water?

Get as much sleep as you can. Sleep not only keeps you young, but keeps you sane and spiritually balanced.

Spend time with the people you love and tell them that you love them as much as possible. Get a sweet little pet and lavish love, kisses, and healthy treats on them.
