I didnt say people dont want to work. Everyone wants to because everyone needs to. I personally wouldnt work if it wasnt for money. If you choose to work for a public sector with job security etc, by all means go ahead and complain about whatever you want. In a private business you either agree to whatever good or bad terms or you dont work there - and i am aware that for a lot of people living paycheck to paycheck it isnt easy but it is better to keep trying than just protest against someone you willingly work for. Collective stuff can make some things better like hours and conditions but there is no world where EVERYONE doing the same job deserves to be compensated equally blindly.
