Ok. So a bartender sees another guy walk from a vehicle and put an incendiary device in a woman’s car that just went into a store.

The bartender is able to grab the device and put it in the perpetrators vehicle before any harm can be done to the woman’s car. Everyone watches as the guy runs around frantically as his car burns out.

The bartender is most certainly on the hook for placing an incendiary device in a mans car.

It doesn’t mean the first guy is off the hook. It doesn’t mean that justice can come in many forms. It doesn’t mean the bartender is a bad guy. So please stop downvoting me for telling you how our department would handle this. Ty.
