Good security companies to work for as a part-time job

Be careful who you work as a security guard as I've had bad experiences with both companies I worked for in security.

Oddly enough it was because of racism in both cases I worked.

1st company I left after a group of my co-workers at the work site did not want a white person working with them (they were south Asian) and went about making life miserable. Threw my lunch in the trash, destroyed my reports, etc. They thought because I was white that the company would eventually put me in charge and as I was told by another who heard them explain, "We don't need some white guy telling us what to do.". In fairness not everyone at the site agreed with what they were doing, but sadly the company threw a blind eye to the harassment as the guys involved were the company's go to people when they had someone call in sick.

2nd company was a weird one as it was me complaining about someone being racists that did me in. A new guard to my site went on this rant about South Asian people including his desire to bash someone with a rock (and there are things I cannot write here without getting auto-banned for the stuff he said). I immediately called the company manager (who to give back-story was the cousin of the company's owner) to complain and say I personally feared this guy would actually carry out his desire of violence. Sadly it turned out the manager was this guy's friend and had me audited every week that month in search of a reason to fire me. I passed all the audits and quit a few months later once I had another job lined up as by then things with this manager were intolerable as he went out of his way to get back at me in the most childish ways such as refusing provide me a new log book and smugly suggesting I use scrap paper instead.
