I actually only ordered from Torrid because people here kept recommending and suggesting them. I had seen a few comments here and there about quality and price but when someone posted about the 50% off sale I thought it was a good time to try them out.

That is my first and last attempt at ordering online with them. I understand that they do a thing that other retailers don't but for the price (quality I can't speak to yet) I expect better service.

It's a little bit strange to me some people were defending them in the comments though. Like saying you've had nothing but good experiences is totally fair enough and I believe that but to be like "uhh... every retailer is like this, sounds like you just changed your mind" had a weird tone to me.
