Himalayan Salt is mined halite - a rock salt (like all accessible salt deposits) was once dissolved in sea water, but it is not sea salt.

Sea salt is directly evaporated from sea water. Sea salt is never mined by definition, and at least in the EU, it is not lawful to market rock salt as sea salt, or visa-versa.

I think even the seller of the linked product above realised that Himalayan Sea Salt doesn't exist, because in their own website, the product has been updated to remove the word sea. It's just Himalayan Salt now.
