J have the prolem as well in the Netherlands. Called the place where I got it from (phonehouse screw you). It was still under warranty, but they said I better repair it at a local Turk in his "phoneshop". They didn't kow any problems with the Nexus, nope! Great phone!

The Turk shop was supposed to be an insult, as they are everywhere and don't always deliver a good job.

Anyway, I told them to dig deeper, and they called me back to have it repaired, for 50 euro. Didn't know if the battery has a temperature sensor or anything. I had to take in the phone and it would take about two weeks.

So I called tbe Turkish Phonestore, and he'll fix it with an original battery, with temperature sensor and the back glass for..... 50 euros. Three months guarantee, and he old me really honest that they're could be problems afterwards. Half hour waiting time.
