A more dark, yet closer in context, example would be;

We know what atrocities are going on in China with Uighur Muslims, and I can only presume something in my house was actually made by an Uighur being forced to work in a concentration camp. Just the fact the Chinese state has concentration camps should be enough to put everyone off from buying "made in China" stuff.

To be clear; I do not like the CCP, and I do not like the Saudi dictatorship. However, if I were to actively avoid all products related to either, life wouldn't be as good, to me.
