Google, Microsoft, Mozilla And Others Team Up To Launch WebAssembly, A New Binary Format For The Web

Are you even able to comprehend English sentences to a level whereby you understand the meaning behind them?

Yes, the world runs on C and C++, because C is an amazingly fast language that bridges the gap between human readability and writing assembly which is the most ludicrous thing you could ever do if you ever wanted to finish a program with your sanity in check. I mentioned that, yes, it's a great language because the binaries that result from it are the quickest you can currently achieve (arguable, but sufficient in this argument) - Yet, despite that, the language is an ugly mess that has been outdated in its design for at least 10 years. The revisions in the past few years have kind of helped it out, but it still doesn't negate the fact that it is a hideous monster to work with.

The fact of the matter is, in order for people to break into the world of programming, they'd be out of their fucking mind to start out with C++, because, as I stated, the way it presents concepts to people, is unbelievably unintuitive when compared to more modern langauges, such as Python or Ruby, because you don't need a degree in not fucking up the way you handle your memory for a start.

Also, what's your point with the Stroustrup quote? Yes, he's right, restricting programmers can be a dangerous thing, but there's a difference between a modern language, and a restrictive language, and the two are not synonymous. Besides, I think more damage has been done in the history of humanities endeavor in computing by people who are coding in C and don't know wtf they are doing, than those who are taking shortcuts and just letting a GC do all the work for them.

Don't get me started on Java either - Again, your retarded superiority complex has to assign me into the "Java camp" because that's all you have in order to defend your position? The truth of the matter is, Java is even more fucking ugly and backwards than C++ in the way it handles its concepts, but it's a semi-step in the right direction, but can never stand up to C++ in performance because of the biggest fundamental difference in it being an interpreted language, so again, your use of Java within your argument is fucking ridiculous.

But no, of course, all you can do is sit there and call me an idiot, and "whatever, dude," me, because you're a smarmy cunt that is just rehashing every internet argument you've seen in your life, in order to try and inflate your ego and seek approval from those who might not know better, and believe what you're saying has any merit to it at all. Like I said, you're clearly one of the cancerous lumps that fill these communities with, "hurr hurr C++ rulz n java is teh bads omg how cud u even progrem in perl r u dum? derrderr"

Don't waste your time responding, because I've given you enough of my time, and even then what I've said has probably flown over your head anyway, and your reply will be even more mundane than the one I'm responding to now.
