Agreeing with those being wrong is exactly the point. It’s what they ask of the potential or existing employee to provide proof of.

Just as you don’t have to work somewhere if you don’t want for requesting a urine drug test, or a hair drug test, or as some hospitals require - a nicotine test. You don’t have to work somewhere requiring proof of vaccination.

As for vaccination status, it’s an interesting calculated risk. They are essentially saying that they know it will reduce applicant pool, and they are saying they are ok with that. Compared to an STD test that would be much more ridiculous, they would have a massively reduced pool of applicants - and likely would not go through with that.

Amusingly, this is basically an insult as well as drawing a line in the sand.
