The GOP will now tolerate overt racism

Hell no it isn't. The worst is when you actually end up getting the job, and your boss thinks it's fucking okay to be a racist in front of you. My former manager at a -RetailStoreOwnedByLargeTechCompanyThatIsn'tApple in The Woodlands TX, is a complete racist, for example. She thinks she's not. She acts like she's not. But I've heard her flat out say to a coworker while in the break room "What? He thinks the Lumia 950XL is too expensive? Tell him to get a fucking ObamaPhone, then, if he can't afford it" in regards to a black dude who was looking at phones.

She's also the first to go "hey keep an eye on such and such dude, make sure he doesn't steal anything." Sure, fine, loss prevention is her prerogative, but she only gets nervous with Hispanic and black people around the devices. She'll go on and on about how she's not racist, she hires black people, etc, but the way she talks down to them and doesn't even realize it is downright gross.
