I am currently having some sound problems. I have an Acer Swift 3 which uses the `ALC256` sound card.
As on the wiki (partially updated by me :) )
```Intel HDA options snd-hda-intel model=dell-headset-multi added to /etc/modprobe.d/sound.conf to get headset micro input working, and options snd-intel-dspcfg dsp_driver=1 to use DSP sound driver instead of SOF (also to /etc/modprobe.d/sound.conf)```
I am using the above options.
Up to some time before my headphones were working properly. (they used analog stereo duplex profile)
Now, they do not work normally (no sound output), If i pull the headphones slightly outward in the socket, pipewire switches to the `Analog Stereo Output` profile and I get audio output.
This is not the first time it has happened. It has been a problem a few months back too. Then the problem went away, and now its back.
My question is which all logs can I look at? `dmesg | grep snd` doesnt seem to give anything interesting. Where else should I check?
Also which all packages should I downgrade and check? linux, linux_firmware, pipewire? I cannot find the package for the DSP driver.
