I got fired for petty reasons

That sounds like a lot of drama in just 3 months, you were probably still on probation or close. While work mistakes may not be your fault, blaming others (especially a new manager) instead of providing a solution or at least being helpful is the wrong approach. Making your own mistakes and having them discovered by somebody else isn't good either, and "still learning" isn't a good explanation or excuse. Complaining to HR about being bullied... not sure what you were expecting them to do if you knew others have left because of this person and they were still there. HR isn't there to referee employee conflicts, they don't get involved if no policies or laws are being violated. At work everyone is expected to work out interpersonal issues on their own, or with their manager's help if the issue is affecting work. I don't mean to harsh you, getting fired always sucks, but from the company's perspective, you were seen as a high maintenance employee with average performance and not a team player. Consider it a learning experience, take responsibility and move on to better things.
