Title: Got into a car accident today need help

Hey so unfortunately i got into a car accident today and im not at fault for it bit downside is my car is not drivable at the moment since the metal os scraping against the tire on the drivers side and I fear it would mess it up overall. Anyways I only pay for liability since money is kind of short at the moment, I filed my claim and the person who is handling my case would call me tomorrow. My problem is that i was told two different things that my case handler would be able to help me tow my vehicle and get all that situated and get a rental (since i am not at fault and the other insurance would cover that) unless im wrong and the other what the second person said is that this person is only handling the medical aspect and that i should call the other persons insurance. But in the email and first guy says this person os my case handler. Should I get an attorney involved?
