I was parked in a parking lot while at college. Old Honda Civic. Went to class. Came back to my car. And a Range Rover arrived at some point afterwards and parked on top of my Civic.

Yes. On top. They either didn't see me vehicle as they pulled into the space behind mine. Literally parked their front fender on top of my rear fender(wtf?).

Took down their plate info. Left a note. Woman who owned the RR called me backed. She was incredibly rude and standoffish and tried to blame me for it. I demanded her insurance info.

Turns out she didn't have vehicle insurance. Just another one of those idiots who drive a flashy luxury vehicle but somehow can't afford insurance.

Driving without insurance with very illegal where I live. It was an incredibly annoying experience and if you ever get into a crash just hope that they other motorist at least has insurance.
