Look, do what you want, but I disagree with this and think you're kind of being ridiculous.

I drive in a college town, and I'm a student myself, but I've had to deal with people WAAAYYY more out-of-control than this, and I haven't kicked anyone out. If people start being obnoxious or aggressive, I tell them loudly to quiet down and calm down NOW, and I'm just very firm and stern with what I tell them. Almost always, they end up being fine the remaining minute or two until we reach their destination.

I think you're looking to take pleasure in "putting it" to others who you think deserve it. Maybe they do deserve it, but I don't think this was anything worthy of a kickout.
