They're such a cop out man and if you showed them to any DBZ fan who wasn't a sneakerhead, they'd shrug their shoulders. They just cashed in on the ability to use the DBZ name to generate hype but these designs are nothing more than uninspired colorways that a 10 year old could chalk up. There's no unique changes to the materials used or overall designs, there's no DBZ logo's. There's no real tribute being made to the show that fans could appreciate. This is genuinely probably the most disappointed I've ever been in a collab. This collab literally had no limits to its potential and it just goes to show how uninspired Adidas' creative team is. Other than the 4D's they're running out of ideas. I've held this few in recent times and this collab seems to support that view. There's no way you can tell me the design team can look at their confirmed designs and say "yep, we pushed the boundaries with this one and we've created something special". I bet you there won't even be any special boxes or cool little gifts included.
