Got my order from the Lord and Taylor sale last week. 5 of the 6 items have security tags. So frustrating. Customer service is offering 15% refund if I ship back. What a wasted effort.

This isn't exactly the same kind of issue but it reminded me of this:

I bought a bike from Target one summer a few years ago (I actually still ride it and it's held up fine lol). My friend decided to also get one. I forget the exact reason but he had to take the bike back because something was wrong with the pedaling gear. It was a nice looking bike and the last one of that model so they offered to repair it. He agreed. Yo, they screwed up the repairs so bad that the bike was only able to pedal backwards. If ANYONE else had told me this story I would have thought it was a lie. I couldn't believe it. What's worse is that they gave him shit when he asked for them to fix it again. They wanted to charge him. He ended up just returning the whole thing.
