Yes but as I say, try not to dwell on it. It will just make you feel more negative. Its happened now, NOTHING will change that fact. That's just the nature of high risk high reward gambling; extreme euphoria or crushing defeat. Currently, you'll be feeling pretty raw and tbh you'll find it difficult’t not to think about it for a day or two. But it will get easier. Much like if you've ever experienced a death of a loved one, you grieve but then time heals. If you sort of feel like the whole worlds against you; Obviously there will be countless others in the same boat as you. You should try talking to them or others who have lost big money.
