Reproduction is the most inherit trait in the human species and you can't break that by breeding or science. It is unavoidable and no one in history ever has broken it. And it really is the number one topic when docs like me think about this matter. And it is exactly why so many commit or think about suicide after transition.

I know, all of you like to think you know better than doctors and scientists, it's in your upbringing, I also was included with that upbringing. We love to think we are better than others, but the truth is some of you abide by the ideological line and cannot break it, no matter what any of us say. And I'm fine with that as long as you aren't my parent. I'll let someone else deal with you. If you are my patient I will help you deal with a world that doesn't have your best interest in heart. I'll help you with your worries, your inconsistencies, and I'll help you sleep at night, which I know so many have trouble with.

Sometimes its just bullying, sometimes it is your parents, sometimes it is just confusion. I only want to help.... and it is so sickening sad much of you turn the people we want to help away.
