Eidl grant and loan were for businesses that were shut down from covid or very limited to make money from covid. So if you were business as usual making more money than you ever had then you weren’t eligible for a grant or loan. If you were shut down or limited then you should be able to show a loss of income for the 8 week period you were affected compared to 2019. The whole country was basically shut down in April and May so you should be able to show that. If you weren’t shut down during those months and applied later then whenever you applied use that period. Even if you don’t fill out the form, sba will want to see this information when they verify your business and your application is in par with your numbers.
