Gotta love it!

Didn't think I'd need to explain that simple of a concept ngl to you. Yes, things that hurt people objectively. Fireworks objectively hurt people with ptsd. Or, let me guess, your definition of hurt can only be physical, yes? I assume you're going to minimize mental pain, because for some reason people think its not as bad as physical pain.

Actually, Google disagrees with you.

"Fireworks cause extensive air pollution in a short amount of time, leaving metal particles, dangerous toxins, harmful chemicals and smoke in the air for hours and days. Some of the toxins never fully decompose or disintegrate, but rather hang around in the environment, poisoning all they come into contact with. Exposure to fine particles, like those found in smoke and haze, is linked to negative health implications, such as coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath, asthma attacks and even heart attacks, according to the EPA. People at greatest risk for problems are those with heart or lung disease, older adults and children"

This source also mentions that Australia is using carbon neutral fireworks.

"As explained by Tree Hugger, fireworks in the U.S. emit about 60,340 metric tons of CO2 every year. To put that in perspective, that's a bit more than what 12,000 gas-powered cars emit in a year, Tree Hugger noted."

"Per year, fireworks in the US release about 60,340 metric tons of CO2 into the air–about the equivalent of the yearly CO2 production of 12,000 cars. Much of the debris from fireworks fall into the lakes and rivers that they're launched over"

And more about how it can affect your physical health:

"Increase in the sound levels can lead to restlessness, temporary or permanent hearing loss, high blood pressure, and sleep disturbance. Fireworks can also cause respiratory problems such as: chronic or allergic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, sinusitis, rhinitis, pneumonia and laryngitis"

"Officials add that even short-term exposures can aggravate lung disease, causing asthma and acute bronchitis, and increasing the susceptibility to respiratory infections. In people with heart disease, the DNR says short-term exposures to the smoke from fireworks have been linked to heart attacks and arrhythmias"

"Some of America's favorite Independence Day fireworks emit lead, copper, and other toxins, a new study suggests. These metals, which are used to give fireworks their vibrant color, also damage human cells and animal lungs"

So yeah. You're just flat out wrong man. Also, fireworks are actually illegal in some states. Bonfires aren't. Theres a reason for that. So that analogy doesn't work as well as you think it does.
