If you equip laser on either pistol the dot location (when you stop moving) remains perfectly still and lines up with his gun perfectly when he aims.

Whenever you are pushing a building and encounter an enemy, after the first few shots they will usually just stand there and aim at you. For example, I find that Mira's love to stand in their little window and aim at you.

When this happens all you need to do is line up your red dot with her head, then quickly ADS and fire. It takes a little practice getting the timing right (Fire before the ADS completes and the shot will be off, wait too long and the enemy will move or shoot you)

However if you can nail the timing it's basically a free kill with any shield operator.
