Gov. Bevin says he will not allow recreational marijuana to be legal in KY

Washington is just as hippy as CO. Not to mention Washington still charges you 20 or 40 bucks more whereas CO has marked down the stuff do tax is about what you would pay in a non legal state. Washington needs to fix the price issue or they will continue to have more people get it illegally.

Lastly you really want to bring up Portland? The last time I was there some car in the interstate saw my tags from Kentucky. They pulled up beside us and rolled down the window to show us a jar filled to the top with weed (this jar was bigger than my head and neck combined.) the dude asked if we needed any and how he could give better prices than Portland or Washington since it is close to Portland. On top of that just wondering around you saw people smoking in the streets and doing hippy stuff like begging for money. Same with Seattle and same with most cities in California. I think these states will always attract the hippies as long as weed stays illegal. But I don't think of places like Washington better than CO. I travel a lot and have been to both places more than once. Co had high prices back when it first became law. But have since made the price go down (partly to thank is that there is a dispensary on every street which is tacky.) but Washington was asking literally double price of already marked up stuff you could find on the streets.
