ok, iamverysmart person: which is more money: a one time sale of a single house for 2 million dollars, or $2000-4000/month x 40 for perpetuity? Or, what sells for more: 8 2 million dollar homes houses, or an 40 unit apartment block, built in the same area, where houses go for 2 million each?
