POSITIONS

+Glorious Chief of State(GCS) or President -Function:Its function is to administer in total the Republic of WestShire. Has the ultimate power to enact and interpose laws and projects suggested by the People's Council and the ministeries.Only pevious Counsellors of State and Minister can apply for this position. (In the first election all of the citzens would be allowed to apply.) -Term of Office:2 months. (Max 2)

+Counsellors of State -Function:Its function is to represent their respective sub-district within the People's Council; suggest laws , projects and vote the promulgation thereof.There will be 1 Counsellor per district and only citzens of that district can apply for this position. -Term of Office:1 month.

+Minister of Defense -Function:Manage and maintain the armed forces of WestShire (militia, border patrol, police force, etc.) . -Term of Office:1 month

+Minister of Finance -Function:Set product prices to be commercialized internally and externally of the Republic of Westshire ; issue permissions for estabilishments within the republic. The prices will have to be accepeted by the GCS before being applied in the republic. -Term of Office:1 month

+Minister of Foreign Affairs -Function:Lidar com todo e qualquer assunto referente à política externa: imigração, diplomacia, contato com os Lords, etc. -Term of Office:1 month.

**Any of these positions can also hire X secretaries to help them with their work. The secretaries wi'll have the same term of the office as the employer.

PEOPLE'S COUNCIL

A weekly meeting between the GSC and it's counsellors where they debate subjects affecting the People's Republic of WestShire and decide upon the approval of new laws and projects. Altough they can't decide anything, any citzen of the republic can attend this meeting and speak freely of it's suggestions.

-All the prices will be tabulated according with the analysis of the Minister of Finance and GCS. -Citzens will need permission from the State to set up shops and other estabilishments.

-Citzens are allowed to import and export any amount of goods.

Citzenship Policy

FULL CITZENSHIP

-We aknowledge the existence of class warfare and believe that peasants of all districts and races are oppressed similarly by the decadent kappatalists. so full citzenship is the norm.
