Do you think Governors should stop investing in cites just because business leave it and people I’ve out of them?

I personally think this is an incredbiyl selfish and downright ridiculous idea... and makes it look as if you care more about the money the city makes then the actual people.

Well let's frame it another way. Many businessowners, particularly small ones that are just starting up, have put their entire life's savings and livelihoods into their businesses. And when you have a bunch of people going around, destroying those businesses, despite them not having to do anything with the "system" that they're so "protesting against," you essentially destroy those businessowners' lives.

You know what the best environment for running a business is? A place where you know you can safely operate with very little crime risk. A place where your efforts are respected and not destroyed.
